Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- six months experience in food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- physical ability to maneuver around the venue including walking or standing for 8-10 hours climbing stairs lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more frequent bending reaching kneeling and squatting
- ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment
- flexible part-time schedule including nights weekends and holidays on an on-call basis
Job Qualifications

- serveSafe certification a plus

Job Duties
- wash all equipment and dishes in the kitchen including pots pans trays and banquet service ware
- ensure all dishes pots pans and trays are clean when removed from automatic dishwasher
- return all kitchen equipment to its proper storage area
- maintain safe floors in kitchen and customer service work areas
- thoroughly clean all hard tile floors periodically throughout the day and at the end of the day including food storage room walk in cooler and freezer room
- maintain a safe clean organized and stocked work area following sanitation standards
- maintain a professional appearance and professional relationship with coworkers at all times
