Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six months experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
  • ServeSafe certification a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Physical ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours or greater
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six months experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
  • ServeSafe certification a plus
  • Is self-motivated and effectively moves between tasks
  • Ability to be a team player and work well in a group setting
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make professional, independent, and good judgment decisions

Job Duties

  • Wash all equipment and dishes in the kitchen including pots, pans, trays, and banquet service ware
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and trays are clean when removed from the automatic dishwasher
  • Return all kitchen equipment to its proper storage area
  • Maintain safe floors in kitchen and customer service work areas
  • Thoroughly clean all hard tile floors periodically throughout the day and at the end of the day including food storage room, walk in cooler, and freezer room
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards
  • Maintain a professional appearance and professional relationship with coworkers at all times
  • Provide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service in accordance with New York State laws and regulations as well as Company policies, practices, and procedures
