Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months experience in a food and beverage or warehouse environment preferred
- ServeSafe certification a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours or greater
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Wash all equipment and dishes in the kitchen including pots, pans, trays, and banquet service ware
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and trays are clean when removed from the automatic dishwasher
- Return all kitchen equipment to its proper storage area
- Maintain safe floors in kitchen and customer service work areas
- Thoroughly clean all hard tile floors periodically throughout the day and at the end of the day including food storage room, walk in cooler, and freezer room
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and professional relationship with coworkers at all times
- Provide total guest satisfaction through skilled and capable service in accordance with New York State laws and regulations as well as Company policies, practices, and procedures
