Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • preference given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members
  • ability to obtain New Mexico liquor server’s license and Food Handler’s card within 90 days of hire
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency using a smartphone for company applications, email and text
  • ability to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
  • physical ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to work in extreme temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in smartphone applications for communication and operational tasks

Job Duties

  • Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with all health department guidelines
  • always maintain safe food handling procedures
  • wash restaurant and banquet items including silverware, dishes, utensils, equipment and displays
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping
  • empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
  • perform simple maintenance on dishwashing machines and compartment sinks
  • ensure cleanliness and orderliness of food speed racks, bins, dry storage racks, and chemical storage room
  • assist culinary team with receiving and storing orders
  • perform simple food preparation tasks as assigned
  • perform other duties as assigned
