Job Requirements

- knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift, carry, and push weights up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans both by hand and automated machine
- maintain cleanliness and proper operation of dish cleaning area and equipment
- assist culinary and other restaurant staff as needed
- wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures
- maintain kitchen, serving, and dining areas in clean and orderly condition
- fill condiment, utensil, and other supply areas with stock
- load and unload inventory from trucks
- stock storeroom and maintain storeroom tidiness
- clean floor area of any spillage per safety and sanitation guidelines
- pull trash from trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed
- clear trash from tables and floors/grounds
- keep all trash cans double-lined and sanitary
- assist chefs, line cooks, and dining room staff as necessary
- perform related duties as directed
- maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately
