Job Duties
- clean dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking supplies, and kitchen wares efficiently
- maintain cleanliness of the dish room and dish machine
- assist with cleaning up around the kitchen and support other team members
- follow procedures for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing kitchen items
- operate and sanitize all kitchen equipment safely and properly
- store cleaned items in designated places and keep inventory organized
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, drains, walls, and shelves
- empty trash and restock paper towels
- comply with company safety and emergency procedures
- assist with kitchen deliveries and storage
- perform other duties as assigned
