Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • able to work full time including some weekends
  • comfortable using technology for inventory and ordering
  • able to perform physical tasks related to kitchen work
  • reliable and punctual
  • excellent communication skills
  • able to lift and move kitchen equipment safely
  • willingness to relieve shift supervisors
  • commitment to quality customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • familiarity with technology for inventory and ordering
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • customer service experience
  • knowledge of personal protective equipment usage

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality customer service with individual attention to detail
  • provide assignments and assistance to team members
  • demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment
  • relieve shift supervisor during absences
  • adjust or cover schedules during short staffing
  • maintain standards through quality assurance surveys
  • monitor and report equipment issues or shortages
  • conduct customer and patient surveys
  • interact appropriately with patients/customers based on age
  • perform additional duties as assigned
