Job Requirements

  • previous dishwashing and/or receiving experience preferred
  • supervisory experience required
  • open availability for varying days and hours
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • willingness to work in a unionized environment
  • reliable transportation or access to public transit
  • ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous dishwashing and/or receiving experience preferred
  • supervisory experience required
  • ability to train, support, and supervise team members
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage schedules and coordinate team efforts
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in kitchen settings

Job Duties

  • deliver quality customer service by providing one on one attention to detail
  • provide assignments and assistance to team members
  • demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all job aspects
  • relieve shift supervisor in times of absence
  • adjust or cover schedules during short staffing
  • ensure team members maintain standards by conducting quality assurance surveys
  • monitor and report equipment issues or shortages
  • conduct customer and patient surveys
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
  • interact with patients/customers appropriately based on age competencies
