Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using technology for inventory and ordering
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday with some rotating weekends
  • Ability to manage and adjust team schedules
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in kitchen environments
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and personal protective equipment use

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to use technology for inventory and ordering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and supervise team members
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality customer service by providing one on one attention to detail
  • Provide assignments and assistance to team members
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Relieve shift supervisor during absences
  • Adjust or cover schedules during short staffing
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys to maintain standards
  • Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages
  • Conduct customer and patient surveys
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Interact appropriately with patients and customers based on age competencies
