Job Requirements

  • Experience managing kitchen machinery required
  • Ability to work full time with open availability

Job Duties

  • Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day functions
  • Maintain high quality standards through training and supervision
  • Assign and complete team member schedules daily
  • Set a positive example through professional interactions
  • Deliver quality customer service with attention to detail
  • Adjust or cover schedules during staff shortages
  • Monitor equipment issues and report shortages
  • Conduct quality assurance and customer surveys
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
  • Interact appropriately with customers and patients based on age competencies
