Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating shifts
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment properly
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and team assignments
  • Ability to conduct quality assurance surveys
  • Ability to interact professionally with patients and customers
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotating weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience in a healthcare food service environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to the detail
  • Provide assignments and assistance to team members
  • Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance
  • Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence
  • Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing
  • Ensure that team member maintain set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys
  • Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages
  • Conduct customer and patient surveys
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
  • Interact with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age based competencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
