Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating shifts
- Ability to use personal protective equipment properly
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage schedules and team assignments
- Ability to conduct quality assurance surveys
- Ability to interact professionally with patients and customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including rotating weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience in a healthcare food service environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to the detail
- Provide assignments and assistance to team members
- Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance
- Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence
- Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing
- Ensure that team member maintain set standards by conducting quality assurance surveys
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or shortages
- Conduct customer and patient surveys
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director
- Interact with patients/customers in an appropriate manner in relation to age based competencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
