Job Requirements

experience working in a commercial kitchen using industrial dishwashing equipment
must possess a valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record as measured against Colonial Williamsburg’s criteria
ability to obtain and maintain a current Williamsburg James City County Food Handlers Card
ability to follow strict sanitation policy
physical ability to lift handle and transport up to 100 pounds
ability to work all schedules including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

experience working in a commercial kitchen using industrial dishwashing equipment
valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver’s license
acceptable driving record as per Colonial Williamsburg’s criteria
possession of a current Williamsburg James City County Food Handlers Card
ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
capacity to follow strict sanitation protocols
physical ability to perform demanding manual tasks

Job Duties

prior experience performing heavy cleaning preferably in a commercial kitchen setting
