Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Food handler certification may be required depending on local laws, obtainable at your expense
  • Ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Must meet eligibility for benefits if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful team member
  • Previous operations or food service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic food safety knowledge or ability to obtain food handler certification

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operation standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, possibly operating at front counter, drive-through, or kitchen positions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including use of Chinese cook knives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for food preparation and service
