Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local laws, obtainable at your expense
- Ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Must meet eligibility for benefits if applicable
Job Qualifications

- Previous operations or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic food safety knowledge or ability to obtain food handler certification

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operation standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, possibly operating at front counter, drive-through, or kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including use of Chinese cook knives
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for food preparation and service
