Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- Willingness to follow safety and operational procedures
- Food Handler certification if required by local law, acquired at employee expense
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Must uphold high standard of integrity and ethics
- Must maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates
- Ability to interact respectfully with individuals of various ages including minors and seniors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate through positions such as front counter, drive-through, and kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
- Assist in preparing hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively and adapt to dynamic work environment with changing priorities and conflict management
