Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Food handler certification if required by local regulations, acquired at employee expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives safely and quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests - greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate among front counter, drive-through, or kitchen positions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
