Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Food handler certification if required by local regulations, acquired at employee expense
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives safely and quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests - greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate among front counter, drive-through, or kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
