Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and acquired at own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to work in hot, noisy, and restricted kitchen environments
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Adaptability to dynamic work environment with changing priorities
Job Qualifications

- Previous operations experience is a plus
- High school education preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotate through positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Perform tasks involving food preparation using kitchen equipment including a Chinese cook knife
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism
