Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations
- Capability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife safely

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
- Utilize kitchen equipment safely and maintain accuracy while preparing hot and cold foods
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations with effective verbal communication
