Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations
  • Capability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife safely

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
  • Utilize kitchen equipment safely and maintain accuracy while preparing hot and cold foods
  • Manage conflicts and difficult situations with effective verbal communication
