Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously

  • Willingness to prepare hot and cold foods
  • Compliance with local food handler certification requirements, acquired at associate's expense
  • Ability to work in hot, confined, and noisy kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and operate various stations including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
  • Prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including a Chinese cook knife
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally
