Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred
- Food handler certification required or ability to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Passion for Chinese-American cuisine is a plus

Job Duties
- Prep and cook menu items to recipe standards
- Operate wok, fry, and cold stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Monitor ingredient levels and restock as needed (FIFO method)
- Assist with setup and breakdown of stations
- Follow food safety and SF Health Department protocols
- Support teammates with side work and dishes during slower hours
