Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred
  • Food handler certification required or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Passion for Chinese-American cuisine is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prep and cook menu items to recipe standards
  • Operate wok, fry, and cold stations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Monitor ingredient levels and restock as needed (FIFO method)
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of stations
  • Follow food safety and SF Health Department protocols
  • Support teammates with side work and dishes during slower hours
