Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 16 years or higher as per applicable law
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • strong communication skills
  • team-oriented mindset
  • basic math skills for measuring ingredients and inventory

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • produce all food items according to Buffalo Wild Wings standards
  • ensure quality, consistency, and food safety in all dishes prepared
  • collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • manage time effectively to meet order demands and guest satisfaction
  • participate in training and continuous learning programs
  • assist in inventory management and reporting as needed
