Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • Have the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure food quality and safety
  • Exhibit good guest service skills
  • Be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Meet any eligibility requirements related to benefits and employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items in multiple stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Support the team by assisting in inventory management and stocking
  • Provide exceptional guest service through timely and accurate food preparation
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Participate in training and development activities to improve skills
