Job Requirements
- minimum 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
- knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures
- prior experience in restaurant or customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- strong work ethic and team orientation
- effective communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest and expo
- prepare and produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- assist with inventory management and food preparation
- collaborate with team members to meet guest service expectations
- uphold company standards for quality and guest experience
