Job Requirements

  • minimum 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures
  • prior experience in restaurant or customer service role preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • strong work ethic and team orientation
  • effective communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

Job Duties

  • work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest and expo
  • prepare and produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and security procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • assist with inventory management and food preparation
  • collaborate with team members to meet guest service expectations
  • uphold company standards for quality and guest experience
