Job Requirements
- Be 16 years of age or older, per applicable law
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Possess excellent guest service skills
- Be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Pass applicable background checks if required
- Be able to follow safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Provide excellent guest service through quality food preparation
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies
