Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years or older as per applicable law
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety procedures
Willingness to follow all restaurant policies and security measures
Good communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred

Prior experience in restaurant or customer service preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen stations

Job Duties

Work in multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest and Expo
Prepare and produce menu items according to company standards
Maintain proper sanitation and food safety practices in the kitchen
Follow restaurant RAS and security procedures
Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure legendary dining experiences
Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
Uphold Buffalo Wild Wings values of sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community and fun
