Job Duties
- Effectively assemble orders
- follow standards for proper presentation of orders
- maintain a clean and safe environment
- ensure accuracy of orders
- communicate effectively with the front counter and catering team about wait times
- provide a sense of urgency
- ensure proper food quality and monitoring
- uphold organizational standards to increase proficiency
- monitor and prevent waste by following proper tracking
- lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- ensure a clean and sanitized food contact surface
- maintain walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents and equipment cleanliness
- prepare for food safety inspections
- correctly assemble all menu products
- properly use all equipment related to the kitchen
- train in a minimum of three kitchen stations
- stay current on training updates and new product rollouts for assigned stations
