Job Duties
- Preparing ingredients for each shift
- Cooking steamed rice and boiling noodles
- Prepping vegetables and assisting with sushi items such as shrimp prep, tempura, and specialty rolls
- Cooking and packaging to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean grill station
- Mopping kitchen areas and changing fryer oil
- Assisting with deep cleaning tasks including vent hood cleaning when scheduled
