Job Requirements
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- No prior deli experience required as training is provided
- Ability to lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds
- Capability to work in different temperature conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
- Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups following preparation guides
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in cross-training for other departments including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles
- Lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds
- Work in various temperature environments
