Job Description

This job posting is for a position within a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products to operate the restaurant but functions as a distinct company from McDonald’s USA. This means the franchisee, rather than McDonald’s USA, will be the employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald’s USA has no control over these aspects and receives no copies of employment applications nor participates in any hiring decisions.

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to work part-time or full-time
  • flexible availability including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
  • willingness to undergo training and development
  • capable of standing and moving for long periods
