Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior deli or food service experience required
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be able to follow company food safety policies
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow food preparation and safety guidelines
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
- Assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
- Accurately preparing deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups
- Using a variety of methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions
- Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
