Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- general customer service including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs
- assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
- accurately prepare deli products as instructed in preparation guides including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups
- use various methods and technologies to follow company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions
- cross-train in departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles
- move and lift 25+ pounds
- work in various temperatures
