Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal written and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead the team in delivering great food fast and accurate service
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment during all shifts
  • Coordinate kitchen operations and manage catering orders
  • Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable
  • Conduct daily food quality checks and oversee cleaning tasks
  • Motivate and inspire team members to uphold company values
  • Resolve conflicts quickly and professionally
