Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Prior kitchen experience at McDonald's or similar restaurant
- Responsible leadership capabilities
- Ability to organize kitchen production
- Commitment to food safety and quality
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time shifts including weekends and late nights
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Insure the safety and high quality of the McDonald's food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the kitchen clean and looking fantastic
- Organize kitchen production and lead 2-3 other kitchen crew members in daily operations
- Prioritize food safety and quality
- Support staffing and scheduling needs as directed
