Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
  • prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items
  • prepare appropriate garnishes for all items
  • follow food handlers guidelines consistently
  • label and date all food stored
  • rotate food as needed
  • report equipment malfunctions or repair needs to managers
  • maintain a clean, stocked and tidy work space
  • follow opening and closing procedures
