Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or cooking
- knowledge of kitchen safety rules and cooking procedures

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items
- prepare appropriate garnishes for all items
- follow food handlers guidelines consistently
- label and date all food stored
- rotate food as needed
- report equipment malfunctions or repair needs to managers
- maintain a clean, stocked and tidy work space
- follow opening and closing procedures
