Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly smile and exceptional service
- serve delicious food promptly and accurately
- prepare and cook a variety of dishes including fresh sushi rolls and Chinese-inspired entrees
- follow recipes to ensure consistent flavor and presentation
- stock prep and organize kitchen stations for efficient operations
- follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
- sanitize workspaces equipment and utensils regularly
- ensure all areas are clean and presentable
- work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
- step into different roles as needed to keep things running smoothly
