prior experience in food service or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
food handler certification may be required and guidance will be provided

Job Duties

greet guests with a friendly smile and exceptional service
serve delicious food promptly and accurately
prepare and cook a variety of dishes including fresh sushi rolls and Chinese-inspired entrees
follow recipes to ensure consistent flavor and presentation
stock prep and organize kitchen stations for efficient operations
follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
sanitize workspaces equipment and utensils regularly
ensure all areas are clean and presentable
work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
step into different roles as needed to keep things running smoothly
