Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, to be acquired at the associate's expense
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follows operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh and quality food
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotates across different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborates effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun work environment
