Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting, serving food, and handling cash register transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store following strict hygiene and safety standards
  • Adhere to operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate through different positions including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals in a positive and fun atmosphere
  • Use kitchen equipment safely, including Chinese cook knives and other tools
  • Manage physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching across counters
