Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting, serving food, and handling cash register transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store following strict hygiene and safety standards
- Adhere to operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate through different positions including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals in a positive and fun atmosphere
- Use kitchen equipment safely, including Chinese cook knives and other tools
- Manage physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching across counters
