Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Willingness to work in hot and noisy setting with limited storage space
- Ability to use kitchen tools including Chinese cook knife

Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and is acquired at the employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate through different positions including front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
