Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflict
- Willingness to obtain food handler certification if required
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be acquired at employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Rotate between front counter, drive-through, and kitchen positions as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
