Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- maintain accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler certification may be required and must be acquired at own expense
- must comply with all safety and operational procedures
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- must meet eligibility requirements to qualify for benefits
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- prior operations experience is a plus
- completion of some high school education
- ability to obtain food handler certification if required by local laws
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests
- serve food
- handle payments at cash register
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment
- work at different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
