Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Compliance with food safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Completion of some high school
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be acquired at the employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate among different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
