Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Must be capable of preparing hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- Must meet any required Food Handler certification depending on local laws

- Some operations experience preferred
- Completion of some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and is acquired at the associate's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests - greeting guests, serving food, handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, rotate among positions including front counter, drive through, or kitchen as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
