Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Able to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Must be able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment safely and accurately
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- May work at different positions including front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Participates in hands-on paid training and ongoing career development
