Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand up to four hours continuously
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Willingness to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to use kitchen equipment such as a Chinese cook knife safely
- Must meet and continue to meet eligibility requirements for benefits
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team player
- Some operations experience is a plus
- Completed some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, obtained at employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to different positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
