Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding kitchen environment
- Capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle kitchen equipment safely
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations
- Commitment to following safety and operational protocols
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Some operations experience is a plus
- Completion of some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, acquired at employee expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment and adapt to different positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
