Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Willingness to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- Compliance with local food handler certification if required
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and acquired at own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment and rotate between front counter, drive through or kitchen positions
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
