Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with kitchen tools
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environment and manage difficult situations
Job Qualifications

- Operations experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional dining experience to guests - greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follows operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions - front counter, drive through or kitchen
- Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Prepares hot and cold foods accurately using kitchen equipment
- Communicates effectively and adapts to dynamic work environment
