Job Requirements
- Have some high school education
- Be friendly and helpful team member
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and must be acquired at own expense
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Have effective verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle conflicts or difficult situations effectively
Job Qualifications
- Be friendly and helpful as a team member
- Have some operations experience as a plus
- Possess at least some high school education
- Obtain food handler certification if required by local regulations at own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be flexible to work at different positions including front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
