Job Requirements
- college degree
- skilled in cooking
- experience in cost controls and management
- proficient in crew training and development
- working knowledge of kitchen and dishwashing procedures
- computer literacy including Excel and Micros
- ability to lift at least 180lbs
- able to stand for 10 to 12 hours
- able to tolerate extreme heat
- able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- manage all food and food-related costs and procedures
- oversee quality and consistency of all food offerings
- control back-of-house labor percentages and manage budgets
- train, develop, and manage kitchen staff
- ensure compliance with kitchen and dishwashing procedures
- utilize computer systems including Excel, databases, word processing, and micros
- run all kitchen operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment
