Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant supervisor or food and beverage industry experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Obtain a food handler's certificate from Tarrant County or equivalent within 10 days of hire
- May require Serv-Safe Certification within 15 days of hire
- Pass federal/national criminal background check
- Pass credit check
- Hold a valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and functional assessment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant supervisor or food and beverage industry experience
- Ability to implement training and development programs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) system functions
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in inventory management and supplier relations
Job Duties
- Provide management and support for the kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency in daily operations
- Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency
- Maintain up-to-date operations, recipes, specifications books, and training materials
- Create work schedules and address staffing conflicts
- Enforce all applicable kitchen safety procedures
- Coordinate food orders, inventory needs, and stocking
- Manage kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- Work with suppliers to procure quality goods at affordable prices
- Participate in safety and cleanliness inspections
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system managerial functions
- Maintain cash handling, accountability, and profit and loss authority
- Perform any restaurant position duties as needed, including cooking and cleaning
- Assist with marketing and promotional programs
- Greet customers and manage reservations
- Control costs and reduce waste
- Perform other related duties as assigned
