Job Requirements
- Culinary experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to manage inventory and vendor relationships
- Physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven culinary experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar establishment
- Ability to lead motivate and mentor kitchen staff to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment
- Strong organizational skills to handle a fast paced kitchen
- A keen eye for quality presentation and portion control
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 6 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs e g menus high chairs booster seats
- Reach bend and stoop occasionally
- Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment
- Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast paced setting
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating to ensure consistent quality and presentation of menu items
- Lead train and mentor kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
- Ensure food safety freshness and adherence to recipe standards maintaining high quality culinary offerings
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage vendor relationships to minimize waste and control costs
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards including food handling and sanitation practices
- Generate reports on kitchen performance inventory levels and food cost analysis
