Job Duties
- support store leaders and managers in scheduling staffing personnel at the store
- supervise the completion of assigned tasks
- ensure daily reporting is accurate and timely
- oversee the quality of food preparation and service procedures
- maintain high standards for cleanliness and safety
- uplift and support teammates during shifts
- handle issues calmly under pressure while maintaining urgency
- look for creative solutions to operational challenges
